BIOGRAPHY :

Subliritum came together during 1998 as a project of former HINN MESTA and EYRASHION vocalist/guitarist Jonas Moen and Kristian Moen, the latter handling bass, keyboard and drums. This initial pairing cut the 1999 demo “The Chemical Bastard”, which soon scored a deal with EVIL HORDE RECORDS. For the recording of the debut album, singer Torbjørn Schei  aka Thebon, and guitarist Sverre Berntsen (BLOODTHORN), alongside with violinist Tora Næss were enrolled.

With their highly acclaimed epic release “Dark Prophecies”, Subliritum managed to conquer a position as one of the main symphonic black metal bands in Norway, getting great reviews worldwide. Vegar Larsen of  KEEP OF KALESSIN was inducted in 2002, and the band released the progressive EP “Dark Side Of You” in 2004. Subliritum was shortly after put on hold because Torbjørn (Thebon) and Vegar (Vyl) became too busy with their band Keep of Kalessin, also was the original drummer of Antares Predator.

In 2007 the rest of the members decided to reform with a new line-up and started to write new material. This time Subliritum has taken the music to a new level.  Expect nothing less than a black metal masterpiece of epic, brutal and grim metal with elements of thrash and technical death metal.
